We perform retained search assignments for world-leading multinationals either with a poor performing operation in the Middle East and/or Africa, or with an existing distributor operation which needs to be upgraded into a subsidiary. The roles we are invited to fill often sit at Country General Manager or Managing Director level and above.
Most multinational firms recognise the strategic importance of the Middle East & Africa, and are extremely motivated to develop business in this area through highly competent executives. Too few multinational firms have corporate executives reflecting with a Middle Eastern or African origin. The clients we choose to work for have commitment to address this.
Our relationships usually originate at Executive Committee level who have embraced our mission statement and commitment to the Middle East & Africa, this reflects the organisational will and desire to hire and promote talented individuals on merit. As such the candidates we place often have the potential to progress to Group President level and above, but will only achieve this with results and the natural ability to gain support internally.
